Wallet payments and refunds
Get help with existing wallet payments, held charges, and eligible refunds.
New wallet top-ups, wallet-funded tools, and cash execution overage are unavailable at initial release. Continue using your own MCP connections within your included tool-call allowance. Reading skills remains free after that allowance is exhausted.
Existing payments and charges
Existing payments, held funds, and refund obligations remain recorded. Contact support with the payment or operation reference to check its status. Do not send API keys or other credentials.
A pending payment does not confirm spendable funds. A held charge remains unresolved until its outcome is verified; reaching a displayed deadline does not itself release it. Do not create a replacement payment while the original is pending.
Refunds
Contact support with the original payment reference to request review of refundable funds under your purchased terms. A pending refund does not confirm that money has been returned. Existing funds and obligations are not erased when new wallet funding is unavailable.
Historical credits are separate from wallet dollars and do not convert automatically.
